About Terapro PUR Deck Coating Solutions

These accessories are part of Siplast’s Terapro PUR Deck Coating product line, which are polyurethane based or a combination of polyurethane and polyurea based solutions, providing concrete protection and are tested in accordance with ASTM E303 to provide skid resistance for vehicular and pedestrian traffic areas.

Terapro PUR Patch V

Siplast Terapro PUR Patch V is a fast-setting, two-component modified urethane concrete repair material. Its thixotropic consistency allows for vertical repairs without sagging. It offers abrasion and impact resistance1, minimal prep/down time and meets USGBC LEED, EQ Credit 4.2: Low-emitting VOC Compliant Materials2.

    Used as a rapid-setting concrete primer, high-strength concrete patching and repair material, and vertical bug hole filler.

Terapro VR

Siplast Terapro VR is a rheology modifier for Terapro PUR 3200 top coat to reduce the viscosity of the mixed coating system. At lower temperatures, the lower viscosity aids in workability.

Terapro PUR Activator

Siplast Terapro PUR Activator is a water soluble, organic solvent stripping agent. It is designed to increase the bond between existing polyurea and other materials being applied onto them.

    Used to reactivate polyurea membranes and ensure maximum bond for materials applied beyond the recoat window; also compatible with other polyurethanes and epoxies.

Installation



Application

Refer to Installation Guide for application instructions.


Storage and Handling

Shipping and storage temperatures is 65°F to 90°F at (or below) 50% Relative Humidity. Avoid freezing temperatures. Do not store containers directly on ground. Always store on pallets or otherwise elevated. Do not open containers until ready to use. Partially filled containers should be purged of air using nitrogen blanketing and sealed tightly when not in use.


Packaging

Terapro PUR Patch V is a two-component material packaged in two 1-gallon pails (1-gallon part A & 1-gallon part B).

Terapro VR is packaged in a 1-gallon F style container.

Terapro PUR Activator is packaged in a 1-gallon or F style container.
